Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro Laptop Tablet Hybrid Meets Your Needs!

Lenovo has been in the computer business for many, many years now and just recently made a break into the smartphone market. For the most part, the computers that the company builds are loaded with storage, fast processors and plenty of RAM to keep things moving very quickly. One of the latest items it will be selling to laptop/tablet hybrid customers is the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro. A very slim, Windows powered notebook that actually transforms into a tablet of the same size without the keyboard.

At first glance this might seem like a Surface Pro tablet, but that is not the case and that is why it will be selling faster than the one from Microsoft. The transformation from laptop to tablet comes from a watch band style hinge that allows for plenty of bending that you would not normally see with a laptop. Features for this type of device are usually typical and the ones that customers are going to be focused on include screen size and resolution, battery life and whether or not the processor can handle tasks.

The Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro has been featured in commercials put up against the new MacBook Air, basically showing the different positions that the device can be put into. The MacBook Air is also missing one crucial feature that the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro has and that is the touch screen. The Core M processor from Intel is installed inside the device and that seems to be one downfall according to reviews posted online. Other online reviews talk about the short battery life compared to the price that you are paying for it.

Features and specs for the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro include a 13.3-inch IPS LCD touch screen display, 1.1GHz processor, 8GB of RAM, Intel graphics, 256GB of harddrive space, 2 USB and micro HDMI out ports. Other hardware that is included with the device is a 4-in-1 card reader, Wi-Fi connection support, built-in 720p webcam and has Windows 8.1 64-bit software pre-installed when you buy it. The tablet/laptop hybrid only weighs 2.6 pounds and is less than a half inch thick making it extremely portable.

When compared to the Microsoft Surface Pro tablet, the device has a few features that are well worth the look. The price tag is going to get you at first and when you realize that the battery is not going to live up to your expectations it might be something to pass on if you are always on the go with it. The charger is certainly small enough to carry around, but that is not the point when you constantly have to have it plugged in to use it.
