One of the more interesting angles we’ve seen in criticism from fans is that the show could benefit from focusing a little more in a specific area of “expertise” for its characters. This is relevant to the problem of having too many characters which we pointed out above, and it actually sounds like almost the same issue.
There is a subtle but important difference though – it looks like some fans would still be happy with the show if the producers decided to keep it full of so many characters as it is now, but they need to have a more unified direction in their skills.
It seems like the argument is being said about both sides of the battle that’s developing in “Legends of Tomorrow”, but we definitely don’t expect the producers to make the bad guys of the show any less powerful or diverse in their attacks or abilities.
We’ll be curious to see how the show evolves in the coming weeks and what the producers have been preparing for season 2, as it looks like they’re about to make some more drastic changes to their formula. It’s always hard to tell how something like this is going to play out, especially when the first season ended on such a shaky note on the critical side, but hopefully it will work out in favor of the showrunners and we’re going to see many more episodes in the future.
