Laura Kate Dale Reveals Nintendo Switch Details in Reddit AMA, Device Won’t Feature Upgradable Battery!

Other than that, the launch date of the console remains the same, and gamers will want to mark March 17 in their calendars as the big day. There have been no hints of possible delays, and knowing Nintendo, the company is probably going to put all their effort into making this release run smoothly and uninterrupted.

The only thing that hasn’t been confirmed yet is the exact price, although we’re still hearing the same reports of a “roughly $300” price tag, which seems more or less acceptable for what the console is going to bring to the table.

It will continue the tradition of the Miiverse as well, for better or worse, so gamers should be aware of that as well when purchasing the console. Not everyone enjoys the system and it seems to have even alienated some of Nintendo’s fans, but at the same time it has a large enough following that makes it sensible for Nintendo to push it forward even harder than they have on their other platforms.

Plus, we never know when the studio might come up with a more interesting idea for the Miiverse and implement it in a way that makes all fans truly happy. The studio has made it clear that they’re always open to exploring new ideas in their platforms, and this could be a good direction for them to look in. Hopefully they’ve got a few aces up their sleeve that will stun the audience.
