Gosling, on the other hand, is in a long-term relationship with actress Eva Mendes. The couple met in 2011 while they were filming “The Place Beyond the Pines.” Last year, Mendes gave birth to their first child, daughter Esmeralda Amanda.
Mendes recently launched her new clothing line and featured Ryan’s dog as her new muse. On Instagram, the 41-year-old actress happily shared photos of George the dog while wearing garments from her new line. Eva’s fall collection was released a few days ago in NY & Company stores.
Meanwhile, rumors have it that “The Notebook,” the film that skyrocketed Gosling’s career into the stratosphere, is going to have a remake, but this time as a TV series. “The Notebook” was a romantic film based on Nicholas Spark’s novel of the same title and follows the story of Noah and Allie and their love against all odds through time. Gosling appears alongside Rachel McAdams in the movie whom he also dated from 2005 to 2007. They also briefly reunited in 2008.
As per Daily Mail, The CW network is in talks of producing “The Notebook” TV series. During the Television Critics Association panel, The CW President Mark Pedowitz himself confirmed that the project is in its early development stages. He adds the series will follow Noah and Allie’s love story as well as show what events occurred after they reunited.
Pending a go signal, the announcement seems to be a formality as the series will be under Nicholas Sparks Productions in association with Warner Bros Television. With their respective careers soaring high, it is unlikely that Gosling and McAdams will reprise their roles in the small-screen adaptation.
