Kourtney simply does not want to let anything get her down these days so she just showed her American pride while posing in several cute shots with her cute little daughter. Another shot showed Kourtney and Penelope standing on a porch with the beach as their background.
So when rumors about Kourtney having an extremely flirtatious evening with Justin Bieber, chances are, she was just letting her hair down and having a good time with a good and reliable family friend.
