Kingdom Hearts 0.2: Birth By Sleep, lets players accumulate different decorations that can be attached to Aqua’s head, back, and shoulder, in addition to the ability to modifying her costume design and colour. While 0.2 isn’t anticipated to be the length of a full Kingdom Hearts game of course, adding this is definitely pretty awesome.
Like Nomura said in his interview with KH13, there are certainly other features to be concerned about in Kingdom Hearts 3 first, but this would unquestionably be a good addition with a vast array of decorations possible from a full-fledged Kingdom Hearts game.
