Kingdom Hearts 3 to Feature How Sora Summons His Power and Fuses Them with Donald and Goofy, More Details

Japanese game developer Square Enix has just released in September its role-playing game “Final Fantasy XV” to an appreciative global gaming world that has waited for the game for almost 10 years.

But there would be no let-up in the game development work of Square Enix as the company is now in the thick of final touches for the development of the crossover role-playing game “Kingdom Hearts 3.”

While the game development company has not made an announcement regarding the official release date of “Kingdom Hearts 3” in the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, the rumors are fairly consistent in saying that it could happen in the spring of next year, probably around April 2017.

A trailer of the video game has already been released by Square Enix recently, which only meant that the game is about to be officially rolled out soon.

The trailer actually provided a sneak peek at the different transformations of weaponry available to gamers on the game for Sora, the playable character.

In addition, it will also show how Sora summons his power and fuses them with Donald and Goofy, reports Breathecast.

Disney worlds in the game

There have been previous rumors saying that there would be at least three Disney worlds in the game and thus far, what seems to have been hinted by the trailer are the Disney worlds of “Tangled,” “Big Hero 6,” and “Hercules.”

However, it is still not clear if those are the only Disney worlds in the game but it is possible that there could be more.

There have been reports saying that Rapunzel and Baymax will be part of “Kingdom Hearts 3,” which somehow confirms the Disney worlds of “Tangled” and “Big Hero 6.”

In fact, there are also speculations saying that an evil Baymax will appear in the gameplay. It should be noted that all these information have not been confirmed by Square Enix so it should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Serializing the novels for gamers

The “Kingdom Hearts” franchise has already produced a lot of games in various gaming consoles. With so many versions to get through to understand the overall story of the game, it has become a challenge to follow the main storyline of the game.

However, in order for new gamers to understand everything right from the beginning without having to play the older versions of the game, a Japanese publication called Yen Press is now in the process of serializing the light novels, notes Game & Guide.

The serialization shall not only look at the stories of the games but also the possible ‘what happened’ moments that were not in the game.

Much of the “Kingdom Hearts” story has been fleshed out in the games that Square Enix has created a range from the PlayStation to mobile.

To compensate for the inconvenience, light novels are now being created to cater to the masses. Not only that, but certain light novels provide a different perspective on various events in the “Kingdom Hearts” universe.

Latest reports have it that “Kingdom Hearts 3” shall have an exciting story and gameplay that would feature a keyblade battle between the light and the darkness.

As every “Kingdom Hearts” gamer knows, game protagonist Sora and his friends will be representing the light while Master Xenahort will be fronting for the darkness.

kingdom hearts 3

Japanese game developer Square Enix has not officially made any announcement regarding the game’s release date or plotline but it seems that the leaks have been very consistent that it would indeed feature a keyblade war.

It is imperative for Sora and the “Kingdom Hearts 3” protagonists to collect the seven guardians of light in order to stand a chance against Master Xenahort, who was the one who initiated the keyblade war.
