For getting caught lying about her non-existent sobriety, Kim Richards walks out in the middle of the interview with Dr. Phil McGraw in the next episode of Season 5 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” that would air on April 28 in OWN.
The teaser of the next episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” showed Kim Richards’ walk out as Dr. Phil McGraw tries to confront her to discuss her recent arrest, her latest bout with public intoxication and some other things, notes Buddy TV.
Kim Richards was able to finally talk to Dr. Phil and she discussed her recent arrest and ongoing battle with alcohol.
Eventually, the reality star gets too emotional during the interview with Dr. Phil that she decided right there and then to walk out in middle of the discourse.
Living a lie
Kim Richards says that she has been beating herself up in her battle against alcohol but often she can’t help herself from pouring a drink of vodka or among other liquor to soothe what her body wants.
Often, after getting a taste of the liquor, that’s when she suddenly realized that she broke her sobriety promise again and she’s back to her old ways.
That’s when Dr. Phil intervened and asks her if she was living a lie and telling everybody that she has been sober for three years. Dr. Phil also cites her recently getting drunk episode where she got into barfighting with a cop, something which the psychiatrist says to her as not good mothering.
Dr. Phil also gave Kim Richards a piece of his mind for her bad parenting in front of her kids, which was way too much to handle for her emotions that she walks out in the in the middle of the interview.
Arrested
Kim Richards was arrested on April 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel where she was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer, and a battery on a police officer.
After her drunken meltdown, family and friends of Kim Richards have reportedly been encouraging her to go back into rehab, which she no longer wants to do because she can’t afford treatment.
A source close to Kim Richards says that the reality star is broke at the moment and she also has no way to pay for rehab. She does not have health insurance. She has been using that as a reason for him to avoid treatment. Not even any of her relatives are volunteering to foot the bill of her rehabilitation.
Dr. Phil volunteered to pay for the expenses of her rehab in exchange for a TV interview of her, which. Kim Richards was blown away by the gestures and considers it extremely generous. However, she still did not go to rehab.
