Kim Kardashian is dead serious about getting rid of her post-baby weight. The reality star is on a mission to get her body back after welcoming her baby boy Saint last month.
Kim has already done an amazing job of losing 30 pounds since Saint was born in December last year all thanks to her strict Atkins diet plan.
On Twitter, Kardashian told her fans that she’s already shred of 30 pounds, but she still wants to lose 40 pounds more.
She promised her followers that she will show her workouts on her app and even share her Atkins diet plan as well.
The “Keeping up with the Kardashians” reality star revealed that she already wanted to lose weight even before getting pregnant.
The 36-year-old mom of two says that she gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy but have gained an extra 10 pounds the last few years so it was really time to get to her goal. She adds that getting her ideal weight would be the perfect New Year’s resolution for her.
According to ABC News, Kardashian wants to reach her ideal weight of 120 pounds — four pounds less than what she weigh before she and Kanye tied the knot.
Kim asks support and motivation from her fans as she knows it is going to be so hard for her. But she’s so excited for the outcome as she’s really focused on achieving her sexy bod this time.
E! reports that Kim’s having a hard time getting back to the gym again and do some extreme workout sessions. Luckily, her sisters and husband Kanye are all there to give her some push.
Her sisters Kourtney and Khloe have been working out in the gym almost every single day and that alone gives Kim enough motivation to head back to her usual activities especially when teamwork between the sisters are very evident.
Although admittedly, it seems harder for Kim to head back to the gym now that she has two kids to take care of.
A source reveals that it was easier to get back to the gym when she had North, but now, motherhood demands more time from her. However, Kim has set her eyes on the prize.
Before the holidays and Kim’s delivery of her second child, her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson revealed that the reality star’s exercise sessions are already built into her routine as breakfast and lunch.
Peterson says that Kim is really determined when it comes to getting rid of her post-baby weight.
He also thought that Kim Kardashian would take a break from her exercise regimen over the Christmas season but apparently, it did not happen as the reality star is really serious with her goal.
Speaking to New Magazine, Peterson admits that’s the brunette may have felt a bit rusty when she started out, but his goal for her was to feel better and not worse. People who’ve been out of it for a long time will feel a bit rusty at first.
According to E! Online, Kim has been watching what she’s been eating after giving birth. Despite her continuous mission to shed off some pounds, Kim is still open to having another baby with Kanye.
In an episode of “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” she told her mom Kris Jenner that she was thinking of having baby Number 3 while still pregnant with Saint.
She adds that she had little concerns about eventual diet after giving birth and she was right because burning 30 pounds in less than two months is not a joke.
Obviously, Kim is having a hard time struggling between motherhood and achieving her weight goals as of now. It was very evident upon her reaction when her sisters Kendall and Khloe called to prank her with a pregnancy bombshell recently.
