With many Asian companies introducing high-end devices at low prices, people are gradually searching for ‘bang for buck’ features in their high-end tablets and smartphones. Recently, rumors of the Xperia Z4 smartphone and the tablet have been making rounds on the internet. Presently, there is a new device that will grab some attention in the market. PadNews, Chinese website reports that the Ultra Z4 version will be the most powerful tablet in 2015.
Recent speculations indicate cutting-edge hardware and specifications for the Z4 Ultra. Only time will tell us how this device lives up to the specifications. According to the latest rumors, the Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra will launch with a behemoth 12.97inch display with a massive resolution of 3840×2400 pixels. The device comes with other latest features including a 2.86GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and a sufficient 64GB internal storage. All of this leads to a vibrant 4K Ultra HD with a 16:10 aspect ratio.
It is the first ever device to come with such features. If all of these specs seem too overhyped, you better hang on as there’s more. According to the latest speculations, it will run on 6GB of RAM and draw its power from a massive 12,100mAh battery. Yes, you saw that right! We did not see many details in the camera department, and Sony hasn’t made any official announcement so far.
Sony is known for its wonderful high-end cameras. Reports from GSMArena states, the device will include an Exmor CMOS imaging sensor along with a Carl Zeiss protective lens covering. As in all of its flagship devices, the Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra will include the dust and water resistant ratings.
Till now, we have seen the flagship models featuring hardcore processors and a 3GB memory module. However, the killer specs including a 6GB RAM sounds completely over the top. While you may be tremendously excited regarding the specs, keep in mind that things could be quite different during launch. Sony will reveal this device at CES 2015, including the brand new latest line-up of Xperia tablets and smartphones.
PadNews also released an image along with the speculation of its hardware specifications. It displays a Tablet in a portrait orientation. It doesn’t sound too comfortable or even easy to use. The front facing camera is positioned beside the brand logo along with thin bezels that fit precisely in the monstrous screen.
Recently, Sony released a video titled, “Welcome to the new world” which includes various hints regarding their latest line-up of devices. In the 43 second video, you will notice a model running her fingers on an attractive ultra-slim device while later a lady presses five on the elevator and further a little girl comes holding a Lollipop. These “subtle” hints sure indicate an Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box for Sony’s upcoming devices.
