Meanwhile, the sentencing of Abby Lee Miller, host of Dance Moms has been delayed. It follows the guilty plea she made on 27th June after she was indicted in October for 20 counts of fraud and also suffering from another charge on violating currency reporting laws.
The fact is she didn’t even ask for this one! U.S. Attorney David Hickton said in paperwork that sentencing for the cases has been tentatively scheduled for Friday, 2ndDecember 2016.
In September this year, Miller and her lawyers managed to receive an extension on the original date of sentencing. The case is just over-an-year old and has faced a lot of delays and extensions.
Reports indicate that the final sentencing report is currently due to court on 16th December, under the proposed order which was filed on 28th October.
Meanwhile, Dance Moms Season 6 is supposed to end on Lifetime next month and the seventh season of the show is presently under production in Los Angeles.
