Following her is Justin Bieber sitting at almost 73 million Twitter followers. Taylor Swift, with her nearly 69 million Swiftie Twitter followers, is at third place.
Not only that, Katy Perry is also the highest-paid woman in music for the year 2015 beating her arch-nemesis Taylor Swift.
Safe to say, the “California Gurls” hitmaker is reaping the fruits of her hard earned labor. In September, her documentary “Katy Perry: Making of the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show” came out which followed the singing sensation’s preparation for her Super Bowl halftime performance.
Before 2015 ended, she also released a mobile app titled Katy Perry Pop through Glu Mobile. In the app, her character helps players become famous musicians.
Fans of the “Roar” singer will be seeing her more as she endorses former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for President in 2016.
