According to a source, strength training has been the biggest part of her fitness program where she goes on a strength-based circuit training program and works her full body every time as opposed to focusing only on specific parts. The program includes various exercises including dead lifts, hip thrusts, lunges, rows, and sled pulls.
But all her strength training and efforts to keep in shape would be nothing if she does not watch out her diet believing in her trainer’s mantra that nutrition is more than half the battle. She has been eating a lot of protein for her strength conditioning but does not take on much of any sugar or processed food, which are very rich in calories. Bruno has told her that limiting one’s intake of sugar and processed food already takes care of most of the dietary problems.
