Kate Upton Reportedly Paid One Million Dollars for Feature in Video Game Promotion!

He explained that he sees his company as a small, quiet business that likes to focus on what they do and don’t brag too much about their work, and he felt like he was forced to enter this lawsuit because it was an important matter to his company.

It might not have been so bad if there weren’t any people around to hear the claim made by the Kabam executive, but we don’t know if that would have actually changed the decision by Leydon to take the matter to the legal battlefield.

Meanwhile, Kabam have responded in an official manner by stating that this was an act of poor judgment by their own employee, but on the other hand they saw the behavior of Leydon as a serious overreaction and something that was entirely unjustified.

According to Kabam’s statement, this should have never gotten out of control so badly, and it all started from a minor discussion at a cocktail party, with alcohol involved and other factors that could have contributed to the huge misunderstanding (as they put it). Leydon and his company are yet to respond to that statement, and we don’t know if they plan on taking the lawsuit further, but we wouldn’t be surprised if that is indeed the plan of Machine Zone right now.
