Kate Upton Makes Working Out in New York Really Inviting with Her Natural Beauty!

The training regimen of Kate Upton is also being taken by other celebrities in ensuring that they look good and trim in their wedding dresses. So rather than spending heavily on Hollywood nutritionists and trainers, they would rather work and sweat themselves out while they still have the luxury of time.

Kate Upton started training under celebrity trainer Ben Bruno following the announcement of her engagement to Verlander in May.

Unlike other brides-to-be who focus on cardio workouts, Kate Upton is all about weight-training. Bruno confirmed the program for the supermodel in an interview when he said that one of the key tenets of his program is progressive overload.

He said that he and Kate do slow increases over time so that she gains strength gradually. As a matter of fact, Kate can previously deadlift 200 pounds, reveals Bruno, quipping that the model is insanely strong.

Bruno even said that Kate is actually stronger than a lot of the athletes he has been training and it would be interesting if she can eventually deadlift her bulky soon-to-be-husband.

Less than a month later under Bruno’s training regimen, she can already push 540 pounds which is the same as deadlifting the same weight. So now, it is already sure that Kate Upton can lift her fiance.
