Recently, Jessica Alba and Kate Upton went head to head in a competition for the title of the celebrity with the hottest body, alongside fourteen other female stars who’ve been highly prominent in the media with their appearance and style. And while it was a tough choice for those who had to make the final decision, in the end the winner was clear – Jessica Alba managed to come ahead of Kate Upton, and was granted the title.
It’s worth noting that Alba’s victory was by just three percent, so the competition was rather well-matched by all accounts, and there was a good choice of celebrities to decide on. Others featured on the list were Kate Hudson, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry and even Britney Spears, who hasn’t been under the spotlight too frequently lately. Scarlett Johansson also made an appearance.
Commenters on the competition were expecting somewhat different results, judging by responses on the Internet – many had their eyes on Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian as the ones most likely to grab the title, and some were actually surprised that the 33-year old Jessica Alba managed to win in the end. However, this just goes to show that age is no factor when one decides to simply take care of their body properly, something which Jessica Alba has been doing quite well over the years, even after giving birth to her two daughters.
On the other hand, Kate Upton was not far behind, and the 22-year old model/actress also received lots of good recognition during the event – albeit, apparently, not enough. Still, Upton has been getting mentioned quite frequently over the last months in various media publications, so she can’t really say she’s been suffering from a lack of attention. This loss should most definitely not have any serious negative impact on her perception in the end.
Earlier in the competition, celebrities that were dropped due to an overall low popularity with the judges included Adriana Lima, Jessica Biel and Cameron Diaz. Jennifer Aniston also didn’t make it too far in the rounds, even though some were genuinely expecting her to make some serious progress.
And even though the contest just ended, many fans of the celebrity world have already been actively discussing the possibilities for the next round of the contest. There are certainly lots of celebrities that could enter the next event and have a strong chance of winning. It’s also not known if Jessica Alba is going to be in the next competition, although judging by the way she has been taking care of her body, she should definitely try her luck again and see how her popularity fares in about one year.

True but she didn’t deserved to win since when is fat considered “sexy”. I mean seriously not long after she won she was being critized not only by ordinary people but also by gossip articles and celebreties. Like when Nik Richie congraulated her and then called her a whale and then in an interview Nik and “the Dirty” were making fun of her and said “2014 was the year of the fat chick” Nik also said “people must be on drugs” .
Who voted? They need to have their vision checked. It’s not even close. Jessica Alba is so inexplicably overrated, and Kate Upton has far and away the sexiest body.
