Supermodel Kate Upton and beau Justin Verlander jetted off to Chicago on November 24 ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Daily Mail spotted the pair at Los Angeles airport with Kate’s canine companion, Harley. The Boxer walked happily with Kate on his blue leash.
The 23-year-old Sports Illustrated cover girl donned an all-black ensemble and covered it with a white coat, tall suede boots, and a fedora hat.
The blonde beauty appeared to be all set for the chilly Thanksgiving weather as she had a cup of Starbucks at hand while at LAX.
Surprisingly, the 32-year-old baseball pro wasn’t wearing any kind of coating considering the weather is 15 degrees colder in Chicago than in Los Angeles. The Detroit Tigers pitcher donned a V-neck gray jumper, black polished shoes, and dark denim jeans.
The couple was obviously flying out to spend the Thanksgiving holiday, but their final destination remained a guessing game.
Reports say that the couple will be spending the annual holiday at Lake Michigan where Kate spent most of her childhood vacations. Justin’s baseball team meanwhile is in Detroit, Michigan, 280 miles away from Chicago.
Last week, Upton was photographed sweating it out through a game of tennis in Beverly Hills, California.
A few days before that, the “Tower Heist” star shared a throwback photo of her and Justin on Instagram. The image showed the model and her athlete boyfriend on a date at a New York Knicks game.
It looks like the couple is finally past the breakup rumors as their recent sightings confirm that the romance between them is still going strong.
Breakup rumors have been plaguing the couple when they weren’t seen together over the summer and Kate was often spotted going out without Verlander on her side.
Kate’s Instagram has also been Justin-free over the summer fueling rumors that the pair has really called their relationship off.
Without an official confirmation, some reports claimed that the professional baseball player was just busy with the past baseball season and so was “The Three Stooges” actress with her film and endorsement commitments.
It was reported that Justin put an end to their relationship after Kate continuously denied his marriage proposals. The athlete has allegedly popped the question several times already, but the supermodel said no to all of them because she still isn’t ready to settle down.
Last month, the couple of four years, started to kill split rumors after they were spotted having dinner with friends at a posh restaurant in LA.
Days later after their first night out together, they were spotted leaving The Nice Guy restaurant in Los Angeles.
The 2014 Sexiest Woman title holder is currently busy promoting her upcoming film “The Layover.” The comedy movie stars herself, Alexandra Daddario, Matt Barr, Kal Penn, Molly Shannon, and William Macy with Macy directing the film.
The film revolves around two best friends, Upton and Daddario, who go on a tropical vacation to escape their stressful work lives.
However, the besties encounter some problems when they end up getting to St. Louis instead of their actual destination.
A fight between them also ensues when they have eyes for the same guy they met on the plane. The comedy film is expected to hit theaters in 2016.
