The Royal Family now has a special achievement. Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge, has been recently named the most stylish woman of 2014. A poll was conducted with 2000 Brits including stars like Victoria Beckham. The Daily Star reported that Kate topped the poll. For the Harry Potter fans all over the world, Emma Watson came fourth while Cheryl Fernandez-Versini made it to the third spot. Emma also recently won the Style Category during the British Fashion Awards.
In the meantime, another Kate with a ‘Price’ as her surname, ended up as 2014’s least stylish woman. No matter how stylish she is, she seems to prefer wearing the same attire repeatedly. Recently, The Duchess of Cambridge raised eyebrows by turning out to be a loyalist to a certain gown and flaunted it repeatedly at various occasions.
She seems to be highly partial to an ink-blue empire-waisted, Jenny Packham gown with an off-the-shoulder approach. She has done it for the third time in just over a year, according to reports from peoplestylewatch.com. This Tuesday night, she wore it for a dinner. During the first two occasions, she wore it during the formal dinner in October 2013 and also the National Portrait Gallery gala in February.
Recently, it has been reported that Prince William shares a strong bond with the parents of his wife, Kate Middleton. According to reports from E! Online, he recently broke royal tradition by inviting all of the Middletons to join his family on Christmas morning, at the church. The editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine reported that William did not stick to the normal tradition.
However, the Queen obliged with this new development and was happy to move with the times. Early during her pregnancy period, she suffered from morning sickness issues and during those times, her mother Carole Middleton visited her often and even stayed over to assist in cooking and care for baby George.
Earlier in December, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited America on Monday to watch the Cleveland Cavaliers game while they played against the Brooklyn Nets in the Barclays Center. While they enjoyed the match, Beyoncé and Jay-Z were right across the way. Prince William and his pregnant wife, Kate Middleton, were greeted with great cheers and provided a standing ovation while they entered the court in order to take their seats.
According to a certain source, both Beyoncé and Jay-Z rose up from their seats during the break. They walked across the court before the fourth quarter and said hi to the royal couple. People stood up and gawked at this. A fully loaded mob scene started around them.
