Jurassic World (Jurassic Park 4): Is the Diabolus Rex a Hydro-saur? Initial Reports Craft a Strong Indication

Jurassic World is all set to be a huge hit with fans from around the world as the plot suggests. The plot will be based on the original from Jurassic Park. Part of the storyline has been revealed so far, although, there is a lot from where this came from. The makers believe that timing is everything. Hence, it is highly unlikely that we will get to know the detailed description of the plot before the release date nears.

Jurassic World is set to release on 12th June, 2015 and starts 22 years after the last edition’s plot in Isla Nublar. This time, the park features different species of dinosaurs and is owned and operated by the Masrani Corporation.

However, they plan on heading a step further by genetically modifying and creating a new species of dinosaurs – branded as Diabolus Rex – to attract more visitors, but the plan backfires! Initial reports suggest that while the new species will break havoc as they cannot be controlled, the owners will be able to reign in the rogue species by controlling the other inhabitants of the park.

We cannot further comment on the plot as additional details are presently unavailable, although, we can promise you an interesting view based on current news. Fans will not have to wait for long as the first official teaser trailer is expected to release along with The Hobbit 3 this December. Hence, viewers will catch a glimpse of Jurassic World when they head to the theater to watch the third installment of The Hobbit. We must agree that sounds like a tempting proposition!

As far as the plot goes, the scientists have been persuaded by the owners of the park to design something extraordinary and they manage to pull off this feat by recombining the DNA strands of a snake, a T-Rex, a Velociraptor and a cuttlefish. The result, as you might have guessed already, is deadly!

An image circulating around the internet suggests that the Diabolus Rex is more dangerous and intelligent than any of the other creatures present at the enclosure by a huge margin, although, the extent of the damage cannot be gauged right now.

When a faction of the fan base suggested that the upcoming installment features ‘good’ and ‘bad’ dinosaurs, director Kevin Trevorrow suggested that there is no such thing. Instead, he put it as a ‘predator’ and the ‘prey’. Two images from the Jurassic World have drawn exceptionally high attention where we see a Great White being lowered into a lagoon, to be fed to what seems like a Dinosaur.

Is the Diabolus Rex capable of surviving underwater? There is only one way to find out! Stay tuned for the latest inputs.
