The Super Bowl has traditionally been seen as a great opportunity for marketing, and it’s a popular target for this purpose for many industries – from the entertainment, to the auto industry, and even other sports occasionally. It should therefore come as no surprise that a production as major as “Jurassic World” is about to get a big trailer released exactly during the Super Bowl XLIX, and it’s actually the only film that’s going to be advertised at the event, at least according to confirmations so far. Other than the producers of “Jurassic World”, other companies that are taking part in the promotional events include standard names like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Snickers and various tech companies like GoDaddy.
This will be the newest trailer released for the film since November, when the very first trailer was shown to the world. It managed to generate a lot of hype back then, as the movie quickly became one of the hot talks of the Internet. And for a good reason – it’s shaping up to be a fantastic production so far, and if it turns out the way it’s shown in the trailers, it’s definitely going to live up to the past of the series.
The new “Jurassic World” takes the story two decades in the future after the events of “Jurassic Park”, and is again set in a dinosaur theme park, although this time a completely functional one. Everything is going great until a special hybrid dinosaur escapes and starts targeting everyone in sight. The dinosaur in question is no ordinary one, and has been genetically bred by the owners of the park as part of their ongoing experimentation.
What will the new trailer show though? Viewers will get to see the genetically modified dinosaur for the first time. Named the “D-Rex”, it hasn’t been revealed properly so far, with the last trailer showing just the shadow of the creature. On the other hand, viewers will also see Chris Patt in his new role as Dinosaur trainer, something else that fans wanted to see more of in the last trailer. Considering how major the actor’s role in the new film is, it’s a bit strange that the producers haven’t given him proper attention in the trailers so far.
This will all change at the Super Bowl though, as the new trailer is going to show the actor fighting the D-Rex along with the Raptors, and this is actually the scene that most fans seem most excited about. This will be one of the major points in the actual film itself, so seeing it previewed in the trailer is sure to be an exciting experience.
