It’s interesting to note that “Jurassic World 2” may not actually be the final name of the production, and the film could be given a new name. This is quite typical for some franchises which try to mask the length of their runs, but it’s not like “Jurassic World” actually has this problem right now as there has only been one installment.
In any case, if the producers do decide to change the name, we believe that they will have some interesting idea for the new title and it will reflect the changes that are coming to the franchise in an appropriate way.
Other than that, there isn’t much official talk about “Jurassic World”, and there has been relative silence from behind the scenes. As we already said, this is quite typical for a production which is supposedly not even in an advanced stage right now.
We do expect that the producers will start talking more actively about “Jurassic World 2” in a few months though, as they need to maintain the momentum of the hype around the film. People are talking about the possibilities of what they could see in a sequel quite actively, and the producers should not let them down by keeping quiet for too long, as that can take away from the popularity of the production.
