Reports suggest that Snuka might have faked his symptoms to escape the decision. However, the judge decided that his medical condition didn’t reveal a health conducive to trial and let him off the hook.
The court had to suspend the hearing until he got better since Snuka wasn’t considered incompetent to aid in the trial. However, things went from bad to worse, and his health failed him in the end.
12 days before his death the Pennsylvania judge had dismissed the murder case since he wasn’t fit for the proceedings and hence justice couldn’t be received.
Argentino’s family members didn’t have anything to say about Snuka’s death and said that the death wouldn’t bring closure for them. They never got the justice that they wanted for Nancy Argentino’s death.
While Tamina Snuka announced Snuka’s death on Instagram, she asked Dwayne Johnson to share the news on Twitter. WWE broadcaster Jim Ross also tweeted about Snuka’s demise from battling stomach cancer and extended his condolences to the family.
Fox News reported that according to Snuka’s attorney Robert Kirwan II, Snuka passed away at his son-in-law’s home near Pompano Beach. He was staying there with the family in his last days.
