Jeremy Lin Playing Well with Charlotte Hornets that Rumors of Him Being Traded to Golden State Warriors are Baseless!

In a recent interview with Clifford, the Hornets head coach said that Jeremy can actually play two spots in the team with the way the NBA is going at the moment. Lin could actually play as an off guard to Kemba Walker’s point guard or can also play as a point guard.

What is important for Jeremy Lin is that he is playing so well at the moment minus the pressure of a big-money contract that used to hound him when he was still playing for the Houston Rockets for two years, and the Los Angeles Lakers for a single season last year.

Lin also admitted that Charlotte Hornets was not his original team of choice but he ended up with the team just the same. He said that it’s how God works and he was not surprised at all.

Jeremy Lin appears to have made the right decision of joining the Charlotte Hornets. While he comes off the bench and is part of the team’s second unit, he is also part of the reason why the Hornets is now the No. 6 in the NBA with the highest-scoring bench.

While the Charlotte Hornets is nowhere near from being an NBA championship contender, the Michael Jordan-owned franchise is apparently taking baby steps in the current season. Apparently, the team’s immediate goal is to make it to the NBA playoffs first.

  1. In terms of popularity and fans base, Lin would be better off playing for Warriors. He’s from California and lots of Asians are Warriors’ fans. But as a Christian who always believes that God places him wherever God pleases, then he made the right choice of playing for Hornets.

  2. JLin is not Clifford’s favorite player. It seems Cliff played mostly 9 players against the Wizards and Lin began to feel like an LA Laker under Byron Scott’s cage. Wherever he goes, his teams improve. The BULLS need a player like JLin to make a deep run into the playoffs. It remains to be seen whether Clifford warehouses JLin (Jeremy Lamb is playing great) before Dec 15 which means a trade is likely. Michael Jordan, like Daryl Morey, will lust after Bulls draft choices, not JLin’s impact on a team.
