Or at least that’s the implication we get from claims like “he’s the only real talent on his team”.
Some of Jeremy Lin’s fans seem to agree with those statements, although others claim that Lin is far from the only one capable of delivering some quality action on the Nets. However, many still acknowledge that the player has been given a serious responsibility in his position on the team, and it’s questionable if he’ll be able to withstand the pressure.
It’s true that Lin is probably out of his element to some extent, but he’s certainly not showing that in his attitude, as he seems quite confident about what he’s doing. Plus, that’s how one learns anyway, and it’s impossible that he will improve as a player if he’s not put in some riskier situations from time to time.
