Eventually, it was revealed that the pictures and the video were actually taken when Affleck and Lopez were still dating more than 10 years ago before each of them got married to different partners.
For the obvious reason of trying to put one better over its competition, the tabloid milked the story about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez getting back together again when in fact what Jennifer offered to her former flame is just a shoulder to cry on.
Jennifer has already experienced going through a divorce with her former husband Marc Anthony and it involves their twins Max and Emme so she knows the feeling.
Ben is likely to go through the same and it involves not just two but three kids that he and Jennifer Garner shared. It would be tough for both of them but as a former lover and a good friend too, J-Lo offered herself to Ben to give him worthy pieces of advice on how to go about everything.
Unfortunately, the tabloid decided to put a spin to the story and heightening it further by including their pictures and video of yore.
And true enough, the photos and video that the tabloid were referring to were from the days when the two were still dating from 2002 to 2004.
