Japanese Carmaker Gives 2016 Subaru WRX STI Buyers an Option to Go Big or Small, More Details

Carmaker that listens

As Subaru is known to be a carmaker that listens to its customers, a number of Subaru WRX and WRX STI owners in the US are asking those interested for the five-door hatchback model to come out and start speaking out to make their voices heard by the Japanese carmaker.

Subaru documents every customer’s comment or message or clamor in its customer/dealer services database. The same goes for Subaru America, which accepts customer responses through John Mergen of its customer/dealer services department.

Mergen explained that Subaru always strives for ways to improve its products and appreciates it a lot when customers bring their product interests to the company attention. All requests, comments, or responses will be reviewed and considered by the company’s product management department and will make a recommendation of its decision to the management from there.

The 2016 iteration of the Subaru WRX is practically the same as its 2015 model, save for the addition of new infotainment features that mostly pushed the price of the vehicle a few notches higher.
