Of course, there’s quite a long time to go until then and the film has to come out in the first place.
The original “Jack Reacher” was quite successful itself, although it wasn’t exactly the blockbuster hit that some were expecting to see in it. Still, Tom Cruise delivered a pretty strong performance and the film was in the press for a long time, so even if the financial success of “Jack Reacher 2” is similarly underwhelming, as long as the film gets enough notice by critics it should still do a good job at helping promote Patrick Heusinger. We wouldn’t be surprised if we started seeing the actor in even more films in the future if this one is a success.
There is about a year left in the production of the “Jack Reacher” sequel, and it looks like the producers have been hard at work securing as many prominent actors as they can for the new film, trying to make sure that fans will have plenty of exciting reasons to check out the production. Even those who didn’t hear of the original film might find themselves drawn to the sequel at the current rate.
