Bell has been asked to the show by the creative mind behind it, Rob Thomas and she will be portraying an erotic fiction writer. Bell’s love interest from the show was also asked to read on iZombie, but his schedule was tied up when he got a part on The Originals.
Clearly Rob Thomas is a fan of Veronica Mars, but another show that has been talked about getting cameos from is “Party Down”. Kristen Bell is likely to be the most recognizable, but Thomas is not stopping there. In episodes 14 and 17, fans of iZombie Season 2 will be able to see more cameos from Veronica Mars alum.
iZombie Season 2 is well under way and judging by the popularity of it, there is a great chance that the television show will be renewed for another season, it is just a matter of when that announcement will be coming down the pipeline.
