The revelation come on Instagram, where she posted a picture with a huge cleavage exposing a large part of her new breasts, leaving no room for doubt that something was done to them.
In the new photo, taken in her dressing room at the Siren Studio, she can be seen practically naked under a robe that just barely covers her chest. All around her are various makeup accessories, and she’s sporting a serious, somewhat seductive look while taking the picture. Hilton didn’t specifically make any note about her breasts, and she just added a hashtag #GlamTime to the picture, not saying anything else.
Her fans went crazy with comments and messages trying to find out if Hilton had had her breasts worked on, but she didn’t reply to any of those inquiries, even after some publications seemed to be showing an interest in the event. In addition, Hilton subsequently posted more photos which made it more difficult to tell if there was any difference in her chest – in those, she looked quite a bit more normal and didn’t seem to be sporting any augmentation.
This further fueled the arguments her fans were involved in, with some claiming that the original photo was just intentionally taken from a misleading angle and didn’t actually show any breast enlargement. Others are saying that she’s just playing with her fans before she makes the actual official announcement, but according to those fans, she definitely has had some work done on her chest.

It’s worth noting that she managed to become very popular among her fans even without breast implants, and those who adored her for her looks never focused on her chest in general.
