“GTA 6” is among the more actively speculated titles in gaming right now, and even though the game is definitely a long time in the future, this doesn’t stop the franchise’s fans from discussing what it could bring to the table once it’s eventually released. It’s obvious that Rockstar see a lot of lasting potential in the series, and they aren’t just going to let it go so easily – and they are putting a lot of effort into its development, judging by their current work on “GTA 5”.
Among the rumors for the next game in the series, the most speculated aspects of the game include its setting and protagonist. Both are up for discussion in Rockstar’s studios, according to reports allegedly coming from behind the company’s doors, but so far there seem to be some prominent choices that the majority of developers are leaning towards.
One of the most likely options is apparently Vice City, something that the developers have been interested in doing for quite a while, according to rumors. The fictional location has already been a setting for a very popular “GTA” game before, and it’s not unlikely that Rockstar may decide to bring the series back to the same place in the future.
However, if they were to do that, we would see Vice City in an entirely new light, as the technological advancements since “GTA: Vice City” came out mean that the studio would be able to present the city in a completely different way, showing a lot more of its beauty and developing it in the full detail they’ve likely always wanted to achieve.
Other than changing the setting, each new “GTA” game also brings something new to the table in terms of protagonists. Rockstar love to experiment with new ideas in this regard, and each new “GTA” title has been exploring different directions for the game’s main character. In “GTA 5”, Rockstar introduced the idea of multiple protagonists for the first time. And now, rumors have it that for “GTA 6”, they’re considering a female character in the lead.
It’s not known if this means that the game will go back to the single protagonist style of the previous titles, or if “GTA 5” has set a trend that will be continued in future games in the series, but in any case, having a female character as the main protagonist would definitely make things a bit more interesting, whether she’s on her own or accompanied by other characters. Of course, the latter option definitely has a lot more potential, though on the other hand it would mean that all characters will be developed a bit less (compared to a game with a single protagonist that gets all the focus).

I cant wait until gta 6 comes out and explore vice city again in its new form I cant wait any more
You can leave a suggestion with rockstar as there is no GTA 6 yet in development, its all just ideas right now. There is still too much to change with GTA V to think about 6 but there is no doubts that rockstar is taking notes. Someone said to me they have a new engine and GTA 6 is definitely going to be built from the ground up taking full advantage of PS4/Xbox one and PC. GTA V is just a beta to the 6th one. I doubt rockstar is going to rebuild Vice city, New York…
The weirdest thing they could do is build there home town Scotland but rockstars known for there surprises and unannounced additional content, but then Assassin Creed’s Ubisoft receive complaints for there leaked Assassins Creed set in Victorian time London. I’d be more than happy to play another GTA even if it is just another rebuild.
I think they should do gta6 with 3 black brothers there hustling trying get there money up then they find this boss and do all kinds of hood stuff rob kill all that i think they should put more gangster cars on there and if u have dreads u can get them braided up at the barber shop get tapers afro liners and let it grow like real life put more diffrent guns and clothes that people wear now forreal and more mansion and houses and apartments i think the setting should be in chicago or miami and u could travel to diffrent states
but i think thay may try some ware new
