Irina Shayk Debunks Rumors that She Had an Affair with Disgraced FIFA Boss

The story came out in the May 28 issue of Oops! magazine with the headline ‘L’amour au grand jour,’ which is translated in English as ‘Love out in the open.’

In his legal suit filed in a French early this month, Cooper claimed that he has never publicly spoke about dating Irina Shayk or that the two of them are in a relationship and thus the story run by Oops! is an intrusion into his private life, notes Philly.com. The Oscar-nominated actor is suing the French publication for 11,000 Euros or about $12,500.

In defense of their cause, the editors of Oops! explained that the issue about Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk dating has been published by other news publication or sites in the internet already so they are surprised why the actor is taking a beef against only them and not on the ones who ran the story first.

They also said that the story about the budding romance between Cooper and Shayk was actually based on the photos of the pair which had already been published in Spain and all across the US.

Atty. Vincent Toledano, is representing the actor in the French court. He is the same lawyer who is representing actor Leonardo DiCaprio in filing another lawsuit with the editors of Oops! magazine also this month. Apparently, the actor is seeking damages amounting to $28,800 against the French publication for running a story alleging that he has impregnated pop singer Rihanna and that the actor wanted nothing to do with the baby. In his suit, the actor claimed that the magazine published something which was based on pure fantasy.
