HTC One M9 Successor to be Rolled Out Soon Because of the Less-Than-Satisfactory Showing of the Current Flagship Smartphone

Few details have come out since the announcement about the upcoming flagship phablet from HTC, but speculations going around indicate that the new device is maintaining the codename Aero and is expected to sport a Quad HD resolution display and Gorilla Glass 4. It is also rumored to have a new design and deviate from the HTC One M series lineup.

Regarding HTC One M9’s successor, Venture Capital Post reports that the HTC One M10 is about to redeem all the disappointments the current flagship device has given its users. Sources say that the battery life of the upcoming flagship smartphone will be one of the advantages of the upcoming device, with rumors saying it will be sporting wireless charging option, something popular with high-end smartphones these days.

The camera and image quality will also be HTC One M10’s redeeming points with speculations saying that the newest entry will carry a 27-megapixel dual camera. HTC is also considering the clamor of users for its next flagship smartphone to have the fingerprint scanner feature, which has now become popular on Apple’s iPhones and Samsung’s Galaxy S smartphones.

Reports say that the latest entry to the HTC One series will roughly cost users from $650 to $800 and its release date varies from late 2015 to early 2016.  The Taiwanese smartphone maker has yet to give an official word about the HTC One M10.
