Clunky and uncomfortable
A smartphone analyst says that despite the aluminum build of the HTC One M8, there is really something clunky and uncomfortable about the handset during operation.
The smartphone camera is also one of the major downsides of the 2014 flagship smartphone of HTC as well as its rather short battery life.
Although HTC’s Ultrapixel technology turned in impressive results notwithstanding the lowly 4-megapixel and sensor size, the smartphone was still not up there with the roster of premium flagships, and thus its main competitors include the ones from Apple, Samsung, Motorola, among other major smartphone-making companies.
During a briefing with HTC, it was made very clear that the key selling points for the HTC One M8 is its build and design. As a result, much of HTC’s development for the HTC One M8 has focused on the exterior, build and aesthetics to ensure that the result would be a beauty.
The HTC One M8 has thread the same path as several other recent Android flagships by opting for 16GB of built-in storage and a backing it up with microSD for cards of up to 128GB worth of additional storage.
