HTC One M10 to Go Back to Using the UltraPixel Camera Which it Ditched with the HTC One M9!

It shall reportedly come with a 5.1-inch quad HD screen display and will feature an astounding 27-megapixel rear-facing camera that will have an Optical Image Stabilization coupled with a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. It shall also have dual SIM card support and will feature wireless charging too. It shall also be powered by a generous 3,500 mAH battery.

In terms of its retail price, it is expected that the HTC One M10 shall have a price tag of anywhere from $650 to $700 when it comes out of the markets.

There are also reports saying that HTC might no longer launch the HTC One M10 as the Taiwanese tech company starts redirecting its focus on its other flagship products, particularly its Vive VR system.

Accordingly, the focus of HTC on its VR lineups this year might cause the delay of the launch of the HTC One M10.

Reports have it that the enthusiasm of the company over its VR product lineups emanates all the way from the company’s top management. In a recent statement, HTC CEO Cher Wang said that virtual reality is something that people have talked about for 20 or 30 years, in movies, in books, and finally, it is now real.

She added that VR has been on the minds of the people of HTC for a long time and now they are finally making it a reality with the Vive VR and other product offerings featuring the same technology.

  1. Nothing wrong with the A9 but using it for flagship material is questionable to say the least. Using it as a base to start from is fine but it will need to step up from the original A9 design wise or I guarantee the M10 will go the same way as the M9.
Consumers aren’t about just the upgrades anymore. Design, looks, the x-factor of a handset are equally important now.

  2. I don’t see a problem with the M8’s UltraPixel except HTC just seems to do the processing of the image not good enough.
