Samsung Galaxy S5:
The Samsung Galaxy S5 is certainly a more powerful device compared to the HTC offerings mentioned above. It comes with a 5.1 full HD display with 432ppi pixel density. It has a Super AMOLED touchscreen, with eye-popping colors and vibrant images. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 has been used for added protection to the screen.
It has a 16 MP primary shooter, but a lower 2MP secondary shooter compared to the Desire 816. Underneath the hood, it runs on a massive 2.5 GHz Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 CPU chipset with 2GB of RAM with a superior Adreno 330GPU.
