House of Cards Season 5 Doug Stamper Will Stand by Frank Underwood Up to the End, Says Actor Michael Kelly!

The same reports are saying that Claire would have Doug in the palm of her hands because Frank’s loyal ally will be smitten with someone and the Vice President shall be using that woman to control Doug and make him do the unthinkable.

Once Frank is out of the way, Claire would become the President of the United States by virtue of succession.

Because the TV series imitates life and vice versa, even American politicians are reportedly hooked on the highly entertaining Netflix show.

In fact, early this month, Carly Fiorina took a swipe at Democrat presidential aspirant Hillary Clinton by comparing her to a “House of Cards” character.

Fiorina was a former GOP presidential candidate and HP CEO. She posted on her Facebook page that if Hillary Clinton was on “House of Cards,” they would turn her off because of Clinton’s alleged corruption, her entitlement, and her singular focus on ambition would be too unbelievable for TV.

Meanwhile, actor Mahershala Ali, who plays the role of Remy Danton in “House of Cards,” shall no longer be part of the show when Season 5 premieres early next year.

In a recent interview, the 42-year-old actor said that his time with the franchise is over so he has to move on. He also wanted to pursue more in his profession so his experience as one of the major characters in “House of Cards” helped mold him to become a better actor.
