Saul will end up confronting Carrie at some point during the new season, something that was shown in the trailer for season 5. We got to see them having a very intense conversation, but Carrie’s stance on the situation seemed quite clear – she does not want to return to the CIA, and has no interest in that.
There was also a hint that Carrie’s life might be put in danger at some point during season 5, but we don’t know what that could be about. Of course, if that’s true, it’s probably going to be a major point of the new season and we don’t expect to hear any spoilers about it from the producers.
With all that in mind, season 5 of “Homeland” is shaping up to be quite exciting for all fans of the show, especially those who got in for the thrilling spy action and the drama between the characters. There will probably be a lot more of that once the season gets going.
And with about two months to go until then, we’re curious to see what else the producers might reveal to their fans before the episodes actually come to the screen. We expect that there would be at least a few extra spoilers at some point.
