There have been plenty of contents that arrived at the online multiplayer edition of the open world action-adventure video game “GTA 5” last year and it seems that developer Rockstar Games is not about to let up on giving gamers of the very popular “GTA 5 Online” more excitement and things to chew on this year.
In late November last year, Rockstar released the Executive and Other Criminals DLC on “GTA 5 Online” that allowed players to be a VIP, own a Super Yacht, and create and run criminal organizations, notes the International Business Times of UK.
It was shortly followed last month by the Lowriders DLC Part 1, Festive Surprise 3.0 for the Holidays and Christmas bonus that saw players getting a snowfall, new fireworks, new Tampa muscle car, as well as the Beast vs. Slasher Adversary Mode.
The new contents also brought along several new safehouses and mansions for players of “GTA 5 Online.”
But Rockstar appears to be not done yet with keeping gamers of “GTA 5” preoccupied and excited as leaked reports from reliable “GTA” tipster Funmw2 via GTA forums said that Lowriders DLC Part 2 shall be coming to the online multiplayer game on Valentine’s Day.
According to the tipster, the next iteration of the Lowriders update is likely to come with the highly-anticipated Valentine’s Day DLC on February 14. The tipster adds that Rockstar is likely to post an Asked and Answered article on its Newswire to clarify about the future DLC content ahead of the forthcoming title updates, details the International Business Times of India.
What to expect from Lowriders DLC Part 2
Rockstar Games has done something similar in the summer last year with the Ill-Gotten Gains DLC, which it released in two parts.
The Valentine’s Day DLC is sure to be released on February 14 but some critics believe that Part 2 of Lowriders DLC will not exactly come with it but will most likely come out a few days earlier.
Some are saying that the Lowriders DLC Part 2 could actually come anytime from February 7 to 11, with February 9 being the safest bet because Rockstar Games like releasing DLCs on Tuesdays.
According to leakers, the Lowriders DLC Part 2 could provide new masks, clothing, and some fun-filled holiday content.
There are rumors that there will be two weapons that shall come with the Lowriders DLC Part 2 including the Double Barrel Shotgun and a Compact Rifle. Tipster Funmw2 also confirmed the two weapons, and thus they are likely to come out with the DLC.
The Compact Rifle would reportedly be an AK-47-style assault rifle as previously depicted in recently leaked images.
Transforming into a legendary character
The Sasquatch Peyote is one a fascinating secret of “GTA 5 Online” because it surprisingly allows gamers to transform into Bigfoot.
Bigfoot is an ape-like creature that is said to inhabit forests. It is a large and hairy bipedal humanoid which is often referred to as Sasquatch, an Anglicized derivative of the Halkomelem word sasq’ets.
In gaming, secrets like these are called the game’s Easter Eggs and Bigfoot is sure one big Easter Egg giving “GTA 5 Online” gamers a real big treat.
The secret was recently revealed by an obviously avid gamer on Reddit who announced his discovery in the public gaming forum.
The gamer had the name of rKRusty in the Reddit forum and he mentioned about the complex conditions that players need to do or meet to find the mysterious Sasquatch Peyote button in “GTA 5 Online” that will trigger the transformation of the gamers to Bigfoot.
