Rockstar will soon release new gameplay footage and information from their upcoming open-world game Grand Theft Auto 5. It launch on the PC, Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. According to a tweet posted on Monday night by IGN, a lot of interviews and news will also be included with this. All of us are quite excited about the upcoming reveal.
Gamers are earnestly hoping that it will include a lot of details on GTA 5 Heists. It was supposed to launch for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation versions earlier this spring. However, due to certain setbacks, this New York-based developer faced a necessary delay. However, we can be sure that when GTA 5 Heists finally makes it to the shelves, it will be available on the PC and the next-generation consoles only.
From the looks of it, the older consoles may not receive the Heists update. Presently fans are more interested in the Heists update rather than the launch of this title for the PC and next-gen consoles. Heists will allow the gamers to pull-off certain complex and high-profile escapades alongside their GTA 5 buddies online. In the same manner, they are also expected to win large sums of virtual currency.
Rockstar declared that they were aware of how gamers worldwide are eagerly waiting for GTA 5 Heists. Rockstar further included that they are preparing Heists in a manner that will ensure a superior quality gameplay when finally released.
The developers requested gamers to stay tuned for more details in the New Year. This makes it clear that Heists will possibly feature a 2015 release. However, gamers will have to remain patient if they wish to enjoy GTA 5 Heists in all its glory. We just hope that gamers will receive the ‘polished’ and ‘fun’ experience that has been promised.
In the meantime, Grand Theft Auto 5 is all set to launch on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 on November 18. However, there are new rewards awaiting the gamers who have already played the game on their older-generation consoles, but still wish to get this new copy. The same deal also applies to all the users who wish to pick up the PC title, which is to be launched in January 2015.
Grand Theft Auto 5 was launched last November and it generated $800 million in worldwide revenue within 24 hours. It surpassed massive sales of $1 billion within three days of its launch. After six weeks, Rockstar declared that they have sold almost 29 million copies of their game to retailers. According to latest statistics, GTA 5 has moved more than 34 million units by August 5.
Stay tuned for additional news, reports and updates from the gaming fraternity.
