One of the more popular television shows over the last five years is Grimm. The television show that is technically a “cop drama”, but with a fantasy twist. Many of the criminals that are featured in the show are from Grimms’ Fairy Tales. Basically, all of the weird creatures that you were afraid of when you were a child, would be real and they are causing issues for a group of cops in the big city.
Grimm is currently in its fifth season and just started back up after a winter break. The fifth season saw a lot of things change from the last few seasons and the second half of season five is expected to be bringing major developments in the story line. One of those developments is the fact that Nick will return in the next episode to confront his former lover, Juliette. She is now known as “Eve” and she is not dead.
Most fans of the show could probably assume that she was going to return at some point, but there is little chance that you thought she would be back wearing a platinum wig. Eve has her own story line and even though we are all going to remember her as Juliette, she has her own plans and has been listed as a “powerful and mysterious woman working for Hadrian’s Wall”. If you can put two and two together on that description, then you might have an idea where her character is headed.
Just looking back a few seasons, there is still a chance that a little bit of Juliette is left inside “Eve” and that is what fans are going to expect. Right now, there is a major Wesen uprising and that is the reason for the covert operation that Eve is a part of. This information came from Trubel and has the group rattled to the core. They have been fighting off the Wesen for so long only to find out that the problem is much worse and widespread. In the last episode, Eve saved the gang from the bad guys and that was a surprise to many.
Another story line that has been developing, even slowly, over the last two seasons is Adalind and her baby, Kelly. Adalind is still living somewhere that is apparently easy to find as her and Nick have to deal with visitors. Are the powers that Adalind showcased at one point be coming back? If so, when are they going to come back and who is going to be the lucky one to find out? These are all questions that are posted online by fans that hope they will be answered before the end of the season.
