Gran Turismo 7 to Revive Interest in Franchise with Serious Improvements, New Premium Car Models!

The game is going to continue the trend of PlayStation exclusivity, and it’s coming to the PlayStation 4 only. We don’t know when it’s supposed to come out on the market, but it’s definitely not going to be in 2015.

2016 seems like the most likely option, but some fans have been wondering if it would be realistic to expect the game even later, possibly around 2017. However, that might not be the case, thankfully.

According to Kazunori Yamauchi, releasing the game in due time is actually one of the team’s top priorities right now and they are putting a lot of effort into making sure that they meet their deadlines. On the other hand, they have been working hard to make the game the best it possibly could be.

So we’re hopefully not going to see the title rushed just so it can meet some internal deadline. That was likely one of the factors that contributed to the poor performance of “Gran Turismo 6” when it came out, and it’s been known for a long time in the gaming industry that delaying a release is always the preferred option, as opposed to rushing it so it can be out sooner, and seeing it come out in a poor state. That leaves a permanent impression on fans that can’t be undone.
