With all that said, “Gran Turismo 7” is shaping up to be the game that players wanted to see in the last installment. And the old saying “better late than never” is particularly true here, as the franchise still has many fans who would enjoy seeing a brand new entry that actually works well.
The studio has reportedly been taking on new people to work on the project too, so this is a really good indication that they are confident in their work on it, and they are likely preparing something very interesting for this release.
In the end though, they shouldn’t delay that release for much longer – this can severely harm the franchise if the studio is not careful, as even though people are generally patient when it comes to their favorite franchises, they can only wait for so long.
At some point, many are going to forget about “Gran Turismo”, and the game’s release will be underwhelming. There is still time until then though – currently, the franchise has plenty of popularity among its fans so there is little danger of this for the time being. But in the future, that situation could definitely change for the worse, especially if the studio stops sharing information on their progress.
