GoPro Hero 5 Possible to Come Out in a Bundled Package with GoPro Karma Drone!

There are reports saying that the American camcorder company GoPro might be unveiling two of its latest products at the ongoing Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2016 at Las Vegas, Nevada. The two products are the GoPro Hero 5, the latest iteration to its popular action camera line, and the quadcopter, the GoPro Karma drone.

Although GoPro has yet to come out with specific details about its Karma drone, it is possible that the company might drop everything to the public at the CES 2016, reports the Christian Today.

Speculations are also saying that once GoPro drops something about the Karma drone during the event, it is also likely that the company might also give a hint regarding the release date of the GoPro Hero 5.

However, some reports are also saying that it is possible that Hero 5 and the Karma drone will come out as a bundled package because the latter reportedly have an all GoPro product compatible set-up.

The Karma drone can also accommodate previous versions of the action camera. Releasing the drone alongside the Hero 5 action camera will certainly generate a lot of interests in the lineup.

Ideal for adrenaline junkies

There are also reports saying that GoPro Hero 5 will feature a design that can fit into the Karma drone, which means bundling them together will make it pretty ideal for adrenaline junkies as well as the millions of GoPro fans, details Crossmap.

Still, both devices can stand on their own merits and the speculated bundling is just meant to capitalize on having two great product offerings on the market at the same time.

Making the Hero 5 fit into the Karma drone actually validates previous reports that GoPro was intent on making the fifth iteration of its action camera line smaller and lighter compared to its predecessors.

The GoPro Hero 5 would also come out as the most versatile action camera to be built since it shall also have a waterproof housing feature that would allow the user to submerge the camera for up to a depth of 60 meters or more below the water surface level.

Seriously eyeing to be the best camera equipment there is

The GoPro Hero 5 action camera was previously reported to come out of the market in October last year but because the American camcorder company based in San Mateo, California is seriously intent on making it become the best videographic equipment when it hits the retail markets, it decided to defer its launch to this year.

While no exact date has been mentioned about the formal rollout to the market of the GoPro Hero 5, latest reports indicate that the company is very confident of the chances of the upcoming iteration of its action camera.

Apparently, GoPro is confident that the Hero 5, being smaller and lighter than its predecessor, the Hero 4, gives the action camera an edge over its would-be competitors.

The confidence of the company over the Hero 5 and the Karma drone actually emanates all the way from GoPro founder and CEO Nick Woodman, who recently said that the upcoming offerings from the company will surely give its would-be users an ‘Oh my God’ feeling of satisfaction and almost disbelief.

The GoPro Hero 5 will feature a unique combination of future technology and low price, consistent with previous reports that the next iteration of the popular action camera line would come out cheaper than the Hero 4.

Based on previous reports, the GoPro Hero 5 will also sport several remarkable features including high-quality underwater video capability, allowing the device to operate seamlessly up to a depth of 60 meters, which is significantly better than the Hero 4’s 20-meter depth capability.

The GoPro Hero 5 will apparently come ready to shoot and record underwater up to 60 meters depth which only means that it will be using a dive housing instead of the standard housing that other GoPro action cameras come out with out of the box.

It is possible that GoPro Hero 5 will have an option for an even better underwater shooting and recording capability to distinguish it among all the other GoPro action cameras and make it a cut above the rest that GoPro has been saying all along.
