The last book in the series came out in 2011, and the next one is supposed to give a lot of answers to questions that were raised in “A Dance with Dragons”. Martin has been relatively secretive about the plot of the new book, as can be expected, but it could be one of the most dramatic entries into the series yet.
“A Song of Ice and Fire” is not an ordinary book series in the first place, and Martin has made it clear that he is willing to do whatever it takes to move his storyline forward, even if it means killing off beloved characters.
Nobody is safe in his stories – so what will “Winds of Winter” bring us? We can’t tell, but we can definitely understand the huge excitement among fans of both the book series as well as the TV show. This is going to be a release that will have a huge impact on the world of books and entertainment in general, and we can’t wait to see it.
