We saw some rather shocking developments in the latest episode of “General House”, as things got quite heated between some characters. In particular, Valentin, Alexis and Jason were involved in some violent drama, and even though things got resolved in the end, there is still some lingering suspicion among fans of the show that this is just the tip of the iceberg, and we’re about to see even more in the next episodes.
It actually looks like the producers are putting a lot of effort into placing Valentin in the center of the spotlight right now, and the character was shown in a frustrating situation (from his point of view). After he got rejected from Clay, he encountered Alexis who was in a messy mind state herself, and the two got in a verbal altercation which culminated with Valentin threatening Alexis with a knife.
The threats were also aimed at mocking the death of Alexis’ mother, something which seemed to shake her up significantly, and it’s clear that Valentin knows how to truly get under her skin. Thankfully, the situation didn’t get much worse than that, as Jason arrived to check up on Alexis just in time to see things unfolding, and took Valentin down.
Ava is also going through a lot of trouble herself, as we recently saw her get abducted by an unknown captor. Before that, someone was playing with her mind (apparently the same person), and it looks like she might be hiding more skeletons in her closet than fans originally thought.
In fact, Ava’s character has been getting a lot of attention in the discussions of the show’s followers online lately, and some people are particularly interested in the direction her character will go in. It’s pretty clear that we’re going to see her in a troubled state for at least a few episodes now, but will her secrets finally come out in the open?
Another worrying development on the show involved Sam and her pregnancy. It looks like she’s going to have a difficult time delivering her baby as some complications are coming up, but hopefully she’ll manage to pull through the situation successfully.
Some fans apparently suspect that the writers are going to use her character to introduce some even more dramatic and difficult moments to the show, but others are more skeptical towards that. The general consensus is that it would be too depressing to see Sam suffering from a miscarriage or another similar outcome to her pregnancy, so the writers are likely going to tie up that story in a positive manner.
There is still some time to go before that part of the plot fully unfolds though, and we’re going to get some more hints about what’s coming up in the next episodes too, so fans should probably hold off on their speculation at the moment.
It’s also worth noting that we don’t even know what exactly is wrong with Sam at the moment, and it’s possible that what we’ve seen so far was just a carefully crafted diversion meant to steer fans’ attention in another direction.
It would actually make sense for the writers to do something like that, knowing the show’s past, so as we said above, we wouldn’t jump to any conclusions about Sam and her baby just yet. If something bad does happen to her though, we also expect that the writers won’t torment her character too much.
