While players on both PC and the Xbox One would not be able to compete against each other in the multiplayer mode of “Gears of War 4,” they will be able to team up and play co-op Versus mode together through the Xbox Play Anywhere program.
Still, many PC online gamers are already waiting for the release of “Gears of War 4” so that they can finally prove how well it is to be played using a keyboard and mouse or a controller.
Incidentally, it has already been confirmed by The Coalition that Ramin Djawadi, the composer of the most popular TV series in the world, “Game of Thrones,” has agreed to create the score for the upcoming third-person shooter video game. It’s a plus factor for “Gears of War 4,” indeed.
In a recent statement, Djawadi said that he wanted to stay in the directions fans know but he also wanted to bring his own style to it.
The musical scoring for “Gears of War 4” is not the first time that Djawadi has gone into video games. He had experience as a sound technical with Look Glass Studios for games like “System Shock” and “Thief” back in the 90s.
