But knowing how the plot in the original book series has been evolving, this should come as no surprise to anyone.
It’s important to note that Harrington himself doesn’t seem to know the full details of the new season, but he has seen details that have given him an impression of a darker setting. Still, the actor doesn’t seem to know how the plot is going to unfold yet, as he has no access to the script. Knowing the secrecy of the showrunners even towards their own cast, this shouldn’t really be a surprise to anyone.
On the other hand, other reports from the show’s set claim that this season is going to be the strongest one yet, full of surprises that fans will never see coming. Of course, we’ve heard such claims for various shows in the past, and “Game of Thrones” itself is no stranger to pre-season hype, but in this case we’re more inclined to trust the reports.
