It seems that the battle lines have been drawn between the Boltons and the Starks and the alignment of forces are starting. According to Sansa, Ramsay Bolton counts about 5,000 men for an army while Jon Snow appears to have far less. The wildlings number about 2,000 according to their leader.
But it seems that some help is on the way. It was also seen during the episode that Peter ‘Littlefinger’ Baelish has talked the Lord of the Vale to join the fray and field an army as well, which would most likely join the Starks, notes Vox.
There is also Theon Greyjoy, who just returned to the Iron Isles and said to his sister Yara that he is not interested in being the king but merely to help her rule. It is most likely that they will also field an army in the battle against the Boltons given what Ramsay had subjected Theon in the past. As per Sansa, Jon Snow shall be able to draw support as well from the other families of the north because he is a Stark and they know that Winterfell belongs to the Stark.
It will be one of the finest moments of “Game of Thrones” Season 6 and viewers would surely be rooting for the return of the Starks to Winterfell and the eventual death of Ramsay Bolton in the hands of Jon Snow.
However, reports also have it that the biggest battle would be overtaken by the coming of winter and with it, the arrival as well of the white walkers.
Indeed, exciting times are up ahead in the remaining six episodes of “Game of Thrones” Season 6.
