“Frozen 2” is no way but highly anticipated and talked about Disney film of today’s generation have been swirling since the first movie’s success in 2013.
The film rose to prominence because of the story between two sisters who have both discovered their self-worth following the ordeals that they have to go through in “Frozen.” For Princess Ana, it is about finding true love and for Queen Elsa, it is about embracing her real self and the gift that was bestowed upon her.
“Frozen” also emphasized the importance of family as it was shown in the relationship of Queen Elsa and Princess Anna. It can be recalled that despite the odds, Anna never gave up on searching for her sister to take her back home to Arendelle.
Anna persevered to prove her unconditional love for her lost sister. For her part, Elsa decided to leave the palace to protect her sister after she nearly killed her unintentionally with her powers
Speaking of family relationships, it can be recalled that in the first film, the sisters became orphans at their young age. Elsa and Anna lost their parents due to a shipwreck during a storm at sea.
Latest rumors have it that their parents were able to survive the shipwreck and found themselves lost in a jungle where they spent the rest of their days living with wild animals.
There are now speculations that the parents of Elsa and Anna had another baby while they were in a jungle.
In fact, there are rather absurd rumors saying that they may have been the parents of Tarzan, who in turn is the long lost brother of Elsa and Anna.
The speculation picked up steam on the internet because there seems to be connection alright especially in light of the fact that Tarzan was indeed a son of a couple who got stranded in a jungle after surviving a shipwreck.
It can be recalled in the story that Tarzan’s parents were killed by a leopard and he was raised by gorillas.
There are now wild reports claiming that there is a huge possibility that “Frozen 2” might feature Tarzan introducing himself as the missing prince of Arendelle and the brother of Anna and Elsa, Travelers Today reported.
Director Chris Buck, who is likewise the co-director of Tarzan, admitted that the theory resonated well on his mind.
During his interview with MTV, he revealed that he has been reviewing all the fan theories and it all took him four years to make one feature about the sequel to “Frozen.”
Later on, Buck opted out of the theory by saying that there is officially no connection between “Frozen” and “Tarzan” but then advised that Disney fans are free to make up their own stories to connect these highly popular Disney films.
He also stated that people are free to create whatever story they want to think about and believe on because it is where the spirit of Disney resides.
Given that there are so many storylines that could be explored because of the vast range of fan theories circling around the internet, Buck and his co-writer Jennifer Lee are surely under pressure to make the sequel more compelling than the original film.
Reports already confirmed that part of “Frozen 2” will likely introduce a love interest for Queen Elsa. It has been previously reported that Queen Elsa’s personality will further be explored compared to how she was introduced in the first film.
But there are also speculations also suggesting that Elsa will fall in love with a female character, a rumor which sparked a controversy online.
