Thus, fans were left mostly with speculations as far as updates to “Frozen 2” are concerned. However, it seems that actress Kristen Bell may have hinted something positive for the sequel to the most successful animated film of all time.

In a recent interview, Bell said that they have completed recording for the “Olaf Christmas Special” which is set to be released on TV in December next year.

She also said that they would start recording sessions in March next year. Initially, fans and critics thought that the actress was referring to voice recording work for “Olaf Christmas Special” when Bell said that it is going to start in March.

Apparently, she meant that it is for “Frozen 2” since they have already finished recording work on “Olaf Christmas Special” as of October.

As such, it comes without saying that pre-production work for “Frozen 2” may already be in its final stages and that production work would likely begin soon.

Bell also said that she had fun doing the voice recording with the other cast members including Josh Gad, lending his voice to Olaf, and Idina Menzel, lending her voice again to Queen Elsa.

During the same interview, Bell also disclosed that the script for “Frozen 2” is still undergoing some polishing. She did not reveal any plotline at all.
